Terms of Use
By using Lovetap you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Who can use Lovetap
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
No tolerance for abuse
Lovetap has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not use it to send content that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or intimidates anyone;
- is hateful, sexually explicit involving anyone who hasn't consented, or sexualizes minors in any way;
- promotes violence, self-harm or illegal activity;
- is spam, a scam, or impersonates someone else.
You can block anyone, and report a person or a note, from the conversation screen. We review reports within 24 hours. When content breaks these rules we remove it and may suspend or permanently remove the account that sent it.
Your content
You own the notes you send. You give us permission to store and deliver them to the person you sent them to, which is what we need to run the app. You're responsible for what you send.
Your account
Keep your sign-in method secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
The service
Lovetap is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect losses from using it.
Apple
If you downloaded Lovetap from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its support.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and if you keep using Lovetap after a change, you accept the new terms.
